Go to jitaace.biz/register, enter your mobile number and choose a strong password. You will receive a one-time OTP on your phone — enter it to verify your number and your account is live. The whole process takes under two minutes. You do not need to upload any documents to start playing, though verification may be required for larger withdrawals.

No. JitaAce allows one account per person and one account per mobile number. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. First, check that the payment was confirmed in your bKash or Nagad app and that the transaction reference number was generated. If the payment went through on your mobile banking side but has not appeared in your JitaAce wallet after five minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number and the amount. We will locate the payment and credit it manually if needed.
